About MiWA
MiWA is an initiative that strives to provide for and protect the families of our fallen heroes. The organization is dedicated solely to the needs, concerns and welfare of military surviving spouses and dependent children.
We are situated in every state in the country with our headquarters in the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja). We aim to reach out to all military widows to give them hope and ensure that they live a stable life after their husbands' death.
The aims and objectives of the association are:
- To assist widows in the society.
- To give educational financial grants to individuals who are seeking to further their academic pursuits thereby empowering them to continue in order to guarantee their financial independence.
- To provide educational financial support to individuals who are indigent and less privileged.
- To give educational support services and scholarships to orphans and indigent children in our society.
